A strategic brownfield site in Digbeth, was offered as security to Cohort for a working capital loan of £1.3m. The borrower occupied the site - trading their recycling business from the property. Unable to get the required amount from a clearing bank, Cohort was approached. Due to SevenCapital’s track record and understanding of the Birmingham market – they helped Cohort underwrite the residual land values.
