Cohort Capital provided funding against two properties in an affluent part of Surrey, situated close to the River Thames. One of the properties was part-built, not yet wind or watertight but the superstructure had been completed.

Cohort Capital advanced monies to refinance the existing lender and funded the remaining build costs. The property was finished to a high standard and was sold in 2021.
